My workout regime was interrupted abruptly due to my 'unknowing' then 'knowing' pregnancy, but I am back to business . My booty deflated right after the miscarriage and my stomach lost nearly all its definition . It's time to tone my body back . Yayyyyie Yayyyyie !
Im going to keep doing my Yoga & Pilates as well , this time I'm going to amp up on the two instead of being sporadic with it .
